Invoice follow-through for freelancers and small agencies
From sent to settled.
Due Meridian follows up on your unpaid invoices for you. Polite reminders on your schedule, and it steps back the moment a client replies.
01 · Sent
Sent. Then silence.
You did the work and sent the invoice. Now you are the one writing the awkward follow-up.
02 · Remind
Polite reminders, on your schedule.
3 days before the due date, then 1, 7 and 14 days after. Written in your name, sent only after you approve the tone.
03 · Pause
A reply pauses everything.
“Already paid.” “Wrong person.” “I’ll pay Friday.” A dispute. Reminders stop and you decide what happens next.
04 · Settle
Settled. Verified. Done.
A verified payment stops the reminders. You see what is still open, at a glance.
Your receivables, at a glance
Everything owed to you. One calm screen.
See what is due, what is scheduled, what is paused and why, and what has been verified as paid. No spreadsheet hunting before you send another email.

Replies, handled carefully
When a client writes back, follow-up changes with them.

Paused · promise recorded
Records the promise and pauses until then, then checks status before resuming.

Questions
Which invoicing tools does it work with?
The pilot starts with QuickBooks Online and CSV import. Others will follow based on demand.
Is the CSV option hands-off?
Not fully. To avoid reminding someone who has already paid, CSV accounts must reconfirm payment status within 24 hours before an automated reminder. Otherwise sending pauses.
Who do the reminders come from?
They are written in your name, to your clients, only after you confirm the contacts, schedule and tone.
Where is it available?
The pilot is for businesses invoicing in US dollars. We will say clearly when other regions open.
What happens to my data?
You can export it at any time. Our privacy policy will be published before the pilot opens.
